    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening construction method for the branch part of a double pipe to open a branch port by simply removing an outside metallic pipe without damaging an inner layer pipe in a limited work pit. SOLUTION: When a part of a metal is removed to take out a branch pipe pertaining to a metallic pipe 1 provided on the inner side with a PE pipe 1a, breakage grooves B and B' are formed in both sides of an exposure scheduled spot A along a peripheral direction by means of a periphery cutter 2. In this case, when the cutter blade 2a of a periphery cutter 2 is cut through the metallic pipe 1 to some extend, a crack is formed from the breakage grooves B and B' in the inside radial direction of the pipe and the metal of the exposure scheduled spot A is separated from the metallic pipe 1. Thereafter, when the metallic part of the exposure scheduled spot A is vertically compressed by a squeeze tool 3, a cylindrical metallic part is not allowed to follow elastic deformation and a crack is formed in the axial direction of a pipe and fracture occurs. In this case, since an inner PE pipe 1a is abundant in an elastic force, damage does not occur to the inner pipe during compression and after compression, the pipe is restored to a cylindrical state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly conduct both insertion and expansion-restoration of a folding pipe into a pipe conduit by forcibly cooling a pipe given a folding work immediately before the inlet of a pipe conduit at its outer surface from the outside while being restrained in the state to be set stationarily in a folded shape. SOLUTION: A pipe 1 passes through a deformation working zone A to a restraint cooling zone B during movement from a drum 2 toward a pipe conduit inlet a1. While being passed through the deformation working zone A, the pipe 1 is gradually deformation worked from a flat pipe shape to a U-shaped folded shape, and its effective outer diameter is reduced to be a size capable of being inserted in a pipe conduit (a). During the period of passing through the restraint cooling zone B, a U-shaped folded pipe is subjected to a forcible cooling operation in a configurationally restrained shape. A forcible cooling device 9 is installed over the substantially entire length of the restraint cooling zone B, and a cooling spouting mold 9a and cold air blowing mold 9b are applied so that the pipe is set stationarily by forcible cooling in a configurationally restrained shape as being folded into a U-shaped form.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water or oil from entering a downstream-side end of a gas outlet hole and accumulating therein.SOLUTION: A fitting hole 4i is formed in a downstream side opening of a gas outlet hole 4b. Inside the gas outlet hole 4b, a cock member 15 is provided movably in a longitudinal direction of the gas outlet hole 4b. The cock member 15 is movable between a fitting position where the cock member 15 is fitted into the fitting hole 4i and an opening position where the cock member 15 is moved from the fitting position to an upstream side of the gas outlet hole 4b to move an auxiliary valve element 13 and a main valve element 8 to an open position. When the cock member 15 is positioned at the fitting position, an end face 15d of the cock member 15 is protruded above a tip end surface of a plug 4A, and the cock member 15 is spaced apart to a downstream side of the gas outlet hole 4b with respect to the auxiliary valve element 13 positioned at a closed position.
