摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of base cloth and to prolong the life of a fiber material, by coating the single surface of the base cloth with a film forming elastic resin with a Young's modulus of 50-200kg/cm so as to adjust a solid adhesion amount to 5-30g/m and a penetration depth to 10-50% on the basis of the thickness of said base cloth. CONSTITUTION:A film forming elastic resin with Young's modulus (100% modulus) of 50-200kg/cm such as a polyurethane elastomer, a polyamide elastomer or a polyester elastomer is dissolved in a proper solvent to prepare a coating solution. This solution subsequently is applied to the single surface of base cloth constituted of a fabric, a knitted fabric or a nonwoven fabric comprising a synthetic fiber, cotton or silk so as to adjust a solid adhesion amount to 5-30/m and a penetration depth of 10-50% on the basis of the thickness of the base cloth by a doctor system or a bar coat system. Further, the coated base cloth is dried in a dryer and heated to form a crosslinked film.

The particle diameter of the dispersed powder is =110 deg.C. The amount of the composition to be attached to the fiber is pref. about 0.5-5wt%.
