    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multilayered molded article at a low cost without generating the damage or cushioning properties caused by the collapse of a foam layer, by constituting a skin material of two or more kinds of urethane foam layers different in density and positioning low density urethane foam layer on the surface side of the molded article and positioning a high density urethane foam layer on a base material side. SOLUTION: An urethane foam layer 3 is constituted of two kinds of foam layers respectively comprising soft or semihard polyurethane foams different in density. As a backing material, a nonwoven fabric of a natural fiber or a synthetic fiber such as a polyamide fiber or a synthetic resin sheet or film is used and, as a thermoplastic resin 7, polyethylene or polypropylene is used. A skin material consists of a skin layer 2, the urethane foam layer 3 consisting of two layers different in density and a backing layer 4, and the urethane foam layer 3 is arranged so that a low density urethane foam layer 3-1 is provided on the side of the skin layer 2, and a high density urethane foam layer 3-2 is provided on the side of the backing layer 4. By this constitution, the damage of cushioning properties caused by the collapse of the foam layer is prevented and a multilayered molded article can be produced at a low cost.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warpage or deformation easily through a simple device by a method wherein a slide block is positioned at advancing position toward opposing mold surfaces and molten thermoplastic resin is supplied between the molds, then, the molds are closed to pressurize them and, thereafter, pressurized fluid is poured into the molten thermoplastic resin and the slide block is retreated. SOLUTION: Molten thermoplastic resin is supplied between a pair of male and female molds through a resin passage 10 under a condition that a slide block 3 is positioned at advancing position toward the opposing mold surfaces, then, the female mold 1 and/or the male mold 2 are moved by a moving means 4 to clamp the molds and the molten thermoplastic resin is pressurized to fill the same into a cavity 6. Subsequently, pressurized fluid is poured into the molten thermoplastic resin through a fluid pouring member 8. The fore end of the fluid pouring member 8 is a pressurized fluid pouring port 7 while the rear end of the same is communicated with a fluid passage 9. Simultaneously with the pouring of the pressurized fluid, the slide block 3 is retreated and a hollow part is formed. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin in the cavity 6 is cooled and solidified.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated formed body, which is excellent in cleanability and lightweight properties, and recyclable and favorable in soft touch by a method wherein laminating skin material having the specified friction resistance is employed onto the surface of thermoplastic elastomer layer, which is lined by resin foam and has the specified tensile characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Layer made of thermoplastic elastomer, the 100% modulus of which at 23 deg.C is 10-55kg/cm , is lined by resin foam layer. In addition, by applying coating material onto the surface of the elastomer layer, laminating skin layer 5, which has the friction resistance (tan delta) between the surface of the elastomer layer and metal surface of less than 0.8, is obtained. Under the condition that the laminating skin layer 5 is arranged between un-closed female and lame molds 1 and 2, molten thermoplastic resin 6 or pre-heated thermoplastic resin sheet is supplied between the foam layer and the female mold 1 or male mold 2. After that, by closing the female and male molds 1 and 2, the skin material and the thermoplastic resin are laminated together. Thus, the laminated formed body, which is excellent in cleanability, lightweight properties and recycling properties and favorable in soft touch, is obtained.
