    • PURPOSE:To enable hot water to be dropped up to a set water level at a less number of times of hot water supply by a method wherein after a predetermined hot water supply is carried out in a bath tub, an amount of hot water corresponding to a water level difference between a target water level and the water level after second dropping multiplied by a sectional area is dropped into the bath tub. CONSTITUTION:After a predetermined hot water supply operation is carried out to detected a reference water level (a bath adapter level) LB, a hot water of a specified amount q1 is dropped into a bath tub 2 in response to a flow rate sensor 15, an increased amount of water h1 is detected by a pressure sensor 9 so as to calculate a means bath tub section area S1=q1/h1 at this water level. A water level difference between this water level and the target water level LS0 is expressed as h2=(HS0-h1), so that a bath tub sectional area is kept constant and a hot water of amount q2=(HS0-h1)q1/h1 is dropped into the bath tub. However, since the bath tub 2 has a wider upper part, an actual water level increasing amount h20 is detected by the pressure sensor 9 so as to calculate a means bath tub sectional area S2=q2/h20 at this water level. A height from this water level to the target water level LS0 is of h3=(h2-h20), so that a hot water of amount q3=h3q2/h20 is dropped into the bath tub, resulting in that the water level reaches the target water level LS0.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fat percentage measuring system which precisely determines the body fat percentage based on the results of the water levels by correctly measuring the water levels without labor before and after the entry into the bathtub, by using ultrasonic waves or others. SOLUTION: The body fat percentage measuring system which measures the water levels of the bathtub before and after the bathing and calculates and displays the body fat percentages is provided with an ultrasonic wave sensor 11 of a sensor unit 1 which is fixed above the bathtub so that it can emit the ultrasonic waves to the bathtub and receives the ultrasonic waves reflected on the water surface in the bathtub and measures the water levels of the bathtub utilizing the ultrasonic waves and a water level calculation part 100. Furthermore, the body fat percentage measuring system is provided with a volume estimation part 101 which acquires the water levels before a person enters into the bathtub and after the person enter into the bathtub from the water level calculation part 100 to estimate the volumes of the bathing persons based on both the water levels, a body fat percentage calculation part 102 which calculates the body fat percentages based on the volumes of the bathing persons as estimated by the volume estimation part 101 and a display part 32 of a bathroom remote control 3 which displays the body fat percentages calculated by the body fat percentage calculation part 102.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body detection apparatus wherein it is unlikely to be subjected to thermal influence from a water heater and to be influenced by noise from an air fan motor without increasing ROM capacity of a remote controller, and further the possibility of erroneous operation is reduced with a high transmission speed, and furthermore human body detection is achieved rapidly and securely. SOLUTION: There are provided a human body detection sensor for image processing any image by photographing the movement of a human body; alarming means for issuing an alarm upon failure detection with the human body detection sensor; a speech storage section for storing speech data for forcing the alarming means to alarm a speech; and a remote controller for operating an instrument from a remote position and including the foregoing alarming means. The foregoing speech storage section is provided on the side of the foregoing human body detection sensor, and the foregoing human body detection sensor and the remote controller are connected via an analog communication section and a digital communication section.
