摘要： PURPOSE:To use a multipath distortion detecting circuit as a part of a pulse noise detecting circuit, by eliminating the ignition noise on the basis of a signal obtained by differentiating the multipath distortion which is obtained by the AM detection of higher harmonic components of an FM detection signal. CONSTITUTION:Higher harmonic components of a receiving signal are taken out by HPFs 10 of multipath distortion detecting circuits 5a and 5b provided for two receiving systems, respectively, and amplitude changes of higher harmonic components are detected by AM detectors 12 to obtain detection signals corresponding to multipath distortion quantities. These detection signals are inputted to a comparator 6 and an analogue switch 20. The comparator 6 switches the switch 20 and a changeover switch 7 so that the distortion detecting signal from the receiving system of less multipath distortion is selected, and the switching output is inputted to a noise eliminating circuit 21. The circuit 21 differentiates the distortion detection signal in a differentiating circuit 22, and a switching pulse generator 17 which generates a switching pulse to open a gate circuit 16 to which an FM detection signal is inputted is operated by the output of the circuit 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure a connection of diversity reception for an antenna having plural feeding points, by using an antenna having plural feeding points and using a part of the car body panel structure for the antenna body. CONSTITUTION:A glass antenna 2 is formed by folding a lead wire having a length of about 1/4 wavelength (about 0.8m) of an FM broadcast wave with one side of it at 80-90MHz and then embedding the lead wire into a rear glass 1 in a body. A feeding point 3 is provided at the folded part, and at the same time a feeding point 4 is provided at the center part of a lead wire. Thus the plural feeding actions are possible through a single glass antenna 2. The patterns are different between an antenna viewed from the feeding point 3 and an antenna viewed from the feeding point 4. In this connection, these feeding points are changed over in case an interference caused by a multipath. Thus a good state of reception can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:When a car is travelling in the strong/medium electric field regions having a level higher than the threshold level of an FM receiver 16, an antenna switching circuit 15 selects a whip antenna 10 to receive an FM broadcast. If a multipath reception arises under such conditions, a detecting circuit 19 detects a reduction of the field level caused by the antenna 10 or an occurrence of echo distortion. Thus a control circuit 20 is actuated, and thus the antenna 10 is changed to a glass antenna 11 for reception by the circuit 15.
