    • PURPOSE:To manufacture inexpensively, simply and in a short time by making blocking hard to occur, by a method wherein a plasterboard is brought into contact with a curtain film formed under a state wherein a coating liquid is streamed down by inclining in the advancing direction of the plasterboard rather an a vertical line and inclined forward in the advancing direction of the plasterboard rather than the vertical line. CONSTITUTION:Application of a coating liquid such as vinylidene chloride resin is performed by a curtain flow coating. At this time, the coating liquid 2a is streamed down through a stream down port 71 by a curtain film 13 of the coating liquid so that the coating liquid 2a is inclined forward in an advancing direction of a plasterboard 1 rather than a vertical line. It is preferable that this angle theta of inclination is established at 10 deg. or lower. A moistureproof coating such as vinylydene chloride resin is formed at 60-70gr/m on base paper of the plasterboard 1 like this. Generation of blocking is prevented by formation of the moistureproof film of this kind.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a press curing time to be shortened, and obtain sufficient adhesion by providing a great number of small holes on the adhesive surface of a lumber in a method of adhering a lumber to a gypsum board wherein a preservation treated and monthproof-finished lumber is pressed to the gypsum board via an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:Upon adhering a preservative treated and monthproof-finished lumber 1 to a gypsum board 4 via an adhesive layer 3 in application of pressure, a great number of small holes 2 are provided on the adhesive surface of the lumber 1. The adhesive comes into the small holes 2, and thus the surface area of the adhesive layer 3 becomes large, accordingly, the drying can be done promptly and the curing time can also be shortened. And, the adhesive comes into the small holes, and thus the adhesive layer engages to the lumber, thereby increasing adhesive forces therein.

The facing material 10 is composed of fire protecting material such as asbestos cement slate, asbestos cement calcium silicate board, ALC board. The fire protecting materials 30, 50 are composed of foaming asbestos member, rock wool felt, slate, ceramic fiber felt, fire proof putty, fire proof cement. Thereby, since the thickness of the fire protecting materials 30, 50 can be increased, fire protecting performance can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To increase workability and adhesive property by mixing one or more kinds selected among filler, agent for providing adhesive property, viscosity controlling agent, setting modifier and coloring agent and thereafter by mixing spherical light aggregate having hollowness. CONSTITUTION:alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum base material is obtd. by regulating to 0-297mu particle size and >=0.7 bulk specific gravity. Then, the base material is mixed with one or more kinds among CaCO3, stone powder, etc., one kind of agent for providing adhesive property selected among starch, PVA, acrylate modified agent, one kind of viscosity controlling agent selected among CMC, sodium polyacrylate, one kind of setting modifier selected among citric acid, glue, etc., and coloring agent contg. iron oxide to obtain a mixture. The mixture is added with 1-20wt.% spherical light glass aggregate having hollowness such as perlite foam body having 0.1-0.5 bulk specific gravity and the particle size distribution composing of 20-30% of particle having 420-297mu particle size, 50-60% particle having 297-149mu particle size and 10-30% of particle having 149-74mu particle size, and a desired amt. of water, and kneaded to produce the treating material for substrate joint.
