    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for injection molding by which a resin molded article with a multi-layer construction can be stably molded even by using a resin being short of fluidity and heat stability.
      SOLUTION: An inner cylinder provided with the first resin flow channel 14 at the central part, an outer cylinder forming a ring-like second resin flow channel 16 between it and the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder, a spider 19 concentrically assembling the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, the first resin introducing path 20 provided at a leg part of the spider and for introducing a resin from the first injection unit into the first resin flow channel 14, the second resin introducing path 22 for introducing a resin from the second injection unit into the second resin flow channel from the back end part of the outer cylinder, and a confluent nozzle part 23 provided at the apex of the outer cylinder and communicated with both resin flow channels, are provided. An injection nozzle 13 formed with the second resin flow channel with an aperture area corresponding to 55-80% of an annular flow channel over the whole periphery is used on the spider, and the first injection unit 11 and the second injection unit 12 are controlled in such a way that the resins with preset amounts are injected in a preset order.
