    • PURPOSE:To enable vapor contained ion fuel near a fuel injection valve to be discharged quickly by interposing a switching valve in a branch passage communicated to a fuel tank by bypassing a fuel control means so as to control the switching valve to open at the time of starting an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:The fuel forceibly fed from a fuel tank 2 by means of a fuel pump 5 is returned by means of a fuel channel 3 to the fuel tank 2 via a fuel pressure control means 10. On the other hand, a branch channel 13 is communicated to a fuel channel 3B on a branch point 13A between the fuel pump 5 and the fuel pressure control means 10, and bypasses the fuel pressure control means 10 and is communicated to the fuel tank 2. A switch valve 14 is interposed on the branch channel 13. A fuel injection valve 1 for internal combustion engine is provided on the fuel channel between the fuel pump 5 and the branch part 13A or on the branch channel 13 between the branch part 13A and the switch valve 14. The switch valve 14 is controlled by a switch valve control means 30 so that the valve is released at the time of starting the internal combustion engine. Vapor contained in the fuel is thus drained promptly.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent reduction of buffer performance caused by inertia force acting on a buffer piston during operation of an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:Buffer pistons 62, 63 are energized to the flange parts 51, 52 sides of an eccentric sleeve 5 by a spring 64, and they are brought into contact with the cam surfaces 51a, 52a of the flange parts 51, 52 sides. When the eccentric sleeve 5 is rotated till the neighborhood of a maximum or minimum eccentric position, the buffer pistons 62, 63 are pushed into a hydraulic cylinder by the cam surfaces 51a, 52a, and oil is discharged from an oil chamber 64 to carry out eccentric action. The buffer pistons 62, 63 are provided in the hydraulic cylinder extending in the axial core direction of the crank shaft inserting hole of a connecting rod 6, and as a result, the pistons 62, 63 can not be moved in inertia force action direction so as to prevent reduction of buffer performance caused by their vibrations.
