摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance propulsion performance by reducing friction resistance of an underwater traveling vessel. SOLUTION: A cavitator 3 is provided on a distal end of the underwater traveling vessel body 2. A first ventilator 4 for feeding a gas to a periphery from just after the cavitator 3 to form a gas membrane, a second ventilator 6 for feeding a gas to a periphery from a rear part than the first ventilator 4 by a distance of 30% or less of the whole length L of the underwater traveling vessel body 2 and a control device 7 for controlling action of the first ventilator 4 and the second ventilator 6 are provided on the underwater traveling vessel body 2. The control device 7 is constituted such that feeding of the gas is performed only by the first ventilator 4 and after a lesser amount of the gas than a feeding amount of the gas by the first ventilator 4 is fed by the second ventilator 6 after the gas membrane is formed, the first ventilator 4 is stopped. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate air leak even after long time operation by producing a relative flow on the surface of fins through rotation of a propeller to generate microbubbles and preventing an air supply means from penetrating a rotary shaft thereby simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: A propeller 12 is coupled through a rotary shaft 5 with a motor 7. A plurality of fins 13 are arranged radially on the rear flow side of the propeller 12 and a porous bubble discharge plate 3 is fixed while being coupled with an air storage tank 10 through a ventilation channel 9. The ventilation channel 9 penetrates the central part of the fin 13 from the side opposite to the propeller 12 and it is coupled with the bubble discharge place 3. When the propeller 12 is turned, water flows into the fins 13 and generates a counter flow on the surface. The counter flow is minimized by bubbles 11 being discharged from the bubble discharge plate 3 when compressed air is supplied from the air storage tank 10. Since the ventilation channel 9 does not penetrate the rotary shaft, the structure is simplified and air leak does not take place even after long time operation.
