      SOLUTION: Bottom surfaces of refrigerant circulation holes 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h can be widened and contact areas with liquid refrigerant 2b can be increased by improving the shape of refrigerant circulation holes 1e, 1f, 1g, 1h which are constantly horizontal to an inclined angle of the flat tube 1, thus the heat exchanging performance of the refrigerant and the air can be improved.

In use for the evaporator, a connection tube 1 into which refrigerant flows is mounted at one end of the lower header 2 in the longitudinal direction. A connection tube 6 from which the refrigerant flows is arranged between a central portion and a bent portion of the upper header 5. Thus, the diverted condition of the refrigerant is improved.

Thus the PTC sheet heating element is provided with flexibility as a whole, and the heating element of which the processing such as folding and bending can be optionally performed, can be provided.
