摘要： PURPOSE: To release a load with a regulating device by providing a spring which is energized to apply a rotating force to an arm in the direction of pressing a roller onto a flywheel and moreover, a regulating device to regulate the rotation of the arm blocking the contact of the roller with the flywheel to prevent a dent caused by the roller during a prolonged preservation. CONSTITUTION: A regulating device 17 for regulating the rotation of an arm 14 is constituted of an L-shaped round bar rotatably mounted freely on a lower pipe 2 and a cap 18 made of a vinyl chloride resin is fitted into the tip thereof. When the rear part of the arm 14 is pressed down against a spring 16 and the regulating device 17 is turned to press the arm 14 with the cap part, a roller 12 is maintained being separated from a flywheel 11. The arm 14 is formed with an inverted U shaped cross section to partially cover the lower pipe 2. The radius 1 of the rotation of the regulating device 17 is made sufficiently larger than a half of the width W of the arm 14. Thus, in the application of a health apparatus, even when the roller is turned by vibration or the like of the regulating device 17, it hits the side of the arm 14 thereby being kept from entering between the arm and the lower pipe 2.

CONSTITUTION:A weight part piece 23 is held between a projection 25 provided on a side plate 22 of a flywheel 15 and screwed, and a space 30 is formed from said screwed portion to the tip of the flywheel having a rubber-made protector 29 provided thereon or a space 31 formed from said screwed portion to a rotary shaft 27. Therefor, a resonance frequency of the space 30 is changed by said partition formed with said weight part piece 30, and thereby rasping noise is prevented from being produced. In addition, since the weight part piece is provided around the tip of the flywheel, inertial mass of the flywheel is increased to permit the flywheel to be smoothly rotated.

Also, the arm 6 and the lug 25 can be made mutually reinforced with each other to have sufficient strength, thereby improving safety.

While the oil pressure regulating body 25 is provided with a fitting groove 25d of seal ring 28 in a pillar section 25c to be fitted with said wall section 24b and a tapered section 25e at the tip. The sump 24c is made chokable with the tapered section 25e.

CONSTITUTION: The front part of the frame is bulge-formed to have a T-shaped head part 4 at its tip. At the front and rear of it there is located a hole for fitting the bearing of the front fork. Near the square section at the end of the central pipe 5 is formed a hanger 6, and a hanger pipe 7 is inserted in the hole located at the hanger 6. Likewise the projecting joint 8 for the vertical pipe 3 is located upward of the hanger 6 and here the vertical pipe 3 is connected. A pair of rear frames 2, 2' which are formed from a plate are connected at the end 9 of the square section. Thus the constructive members of the parts are reduced, the main frame being formed to one body, and the strength affective defects at the junction are removed.
