Each of the teeth 10 has a tooth base 11 that protrudes from the yoke 7, and a tooth flange 12 that protrudes from a tip end of the tooth base 11. Slot openings 15a that are formed between the teeth 10 are skewed. In at least a portion thereof in an axial direction of the yoke 7, the tip end of each of the teeth bases 11 has a tooth indentation 13 formed in such a manner that the teeth bases 11 are narrower on the tip ends than on basal ends. Respective tip ends of the teeth flanges 12 are inserted in the respective teeth indentations 13.
