    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight floor structure having sufficient rigidity/strength and being lightweight and further being excellent in workability/economic property.
SOLUTION: For the floor structure 1, a structural plate 2 provided with a metallic folded plate 3 in which a wave shape formed of continuously connected ridge parts and bottom parts is extended in the longitudinal direction, a base plate 5 connected to the apexes of the metallic folded plate 3, and a bottom plate 4 connected to the bottom end of the metallic folded plate 3 is used. Both ends of the metallic folded plate 3 are bent toward the base plate 5 and connected to the base plate 5. The structural plate 2 is arranged with a distance d wider than that of the apexes of the folded plate 3 and the mutual structural plates 2 are connected by a connecting base plate 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the level of impact noises at low frequencies by providing a frame formed by assembling of girders, beams placed parallel to each other so that they couple the opposite girders together, and a floor board joined to the upper surfaces of the girders and beams, and fabricating the beam into a hollow closed cross section. SOLUTION: The end of each beam 23 is pushed into a lateral opening in a girder 2, the beams 2 and the girders 3 are coupled together by means of self-tapping screw s11, a coupling member 5 of an L-cross section is attached to the coupled parts of the girder 2 and the beam 3, and they are firmly coupled together by the self-tapping screws 11. In this case, the girders 2 are assembled into into a frame 6 of a rectangle or the like involving vertical and horizontal members, and the beams 3 are coupled to the opposite parts of the girders 2 to provide a frame of a rectangle or the like. A floor board 4 is placed in such a way as to abut to the upper flanged parts of the girders 2 and the beams 3 and is joined to the girders 2 and the beams 3 by self-tapping screws 12. Thus the use of the beam 3 of a closed cross section can effectively lower the level of impact noises at a low frequency that is characteristic of a floor structure 1 using a skeleton made of metallic shapes.
