摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent undulations on a formed film surface and cracks from occurring by providing a preheating zone and a slow cooling zone on the front side and the rear side of a reaction zone where the product is deposited on the surface of a substrate respectively. CONSTITUTION:A reaction chamber 22 is divided in three: a reaction zone 25a where a substrate 32 is heated to a reaction temp. at which feed gas is given chemical reaction to deposit the product on the surface of the substrate 32; a preheating zone 25b where the substrate 32 is gradually heated provided on the front side of the reaction zone 25a; and a slow cooling zone 25c where the substrate 32 is gradually cooled, provided on the rear side of the reaction zone 25a. Since the temp. change of the substrate 32 is relaxed, undulations on the formed film surface of the substrate 32 and cracks on the thin film vapor-deposited on the substrate 32 are prevented from occurring.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the carbon dioxide to be discharged into the atm. by providing a cooling pipe enclosing a transporting pipe for forming a carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate by bringing the sea water and the carbon dioxide into reaction. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gases contg. the carbon dioxide discharged from a combustion furnace 1 are separated and concentrated to the liquefied carbon dioxide by a carbon dioxide separator 2. This carbon dioxide is transported to a liquefied carbon dioxide storage tank 5 on a prescribed off-shore base 4 by a transporting ship 3. The liquefied carbon dioxide from the liquefied carbon dioxide storage tank 5 and the taken-in sea water are pressurized and mixed in the transporting pipe 7 by force feed pump 6 to progress the reaction to form the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate. Further, the reaction heat generated on progression of the reaction to form the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate is heat-exchanged and removed by the deep layer sea water sucked up by a sea water intake pump 9 into the cooling pipe 8 enclosing the transporting pipe 7. The formed carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate 10 is released and dispersed into the deep sea of the range of carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate forming conditions.

CONSTITUTION:The liquefied carbon dioxide and sea water from a storage tank 5 are pressurized and mixed in the transporting pipe 7 down to the deep sea by a force feed pump 6 to progress the reaction to from the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate. The generated reaction heat is removed by the heat exchange in the cooling pipe 8 enclosing the transporting pipe 7 by utilizing the decomposition heat of the methane clathrate hydrate 10 from the sea bottom. The formed carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate 11 is released and dispersed stably into the deep sea in the range of the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate forming conditions. The separated gaseous methane is subjected to sepn. of the sea water in a gaseous methane separator 19 and is recovered into a methane storage tank 20.

摘要： PURPOSE:To deposit a clathrate hydrate in a transporting pipe and to stably disperse the clathrate hydrate in the deep sea after removal of reaction heat by providing a land pump for forcibly feeding a mixture composed of the sea water and carbon dioxide and the transporting pipe provided with a cooling pipe for circulating a refrigerant back and forth down to the transporting end at the depth of the clathrate forming area in the sea on the pipe wall. CONSTITUTION:The concentrated carbon dioxide and sea water are pressurized and mixed in the transporting pipe 5 down to the deep sea by the land force freed pump 4 to progress the reaction to form the clathrate hydrate. The generated reaction heat is removed by the heat exchange in the transporting pipe 5 by the cooling water flowing in the cooling pipe 5' provided to the front end along the pipe wall of the transporting pipe 5 from the cooling device 6. The formed carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate 7 is stable without decomposing and has a large sp. gravity and does not, therefore, float when the clathrate hydrate is released and dispersed into the deep sea within the range of the carbon dioxide clathrate hydrate forming conditions. The possibility of the ecological environmental destruction by the temp. rise of the sea water arising from the reaction heat and the decomposition of the clathrate hydrate by the rise of the ambient temp. in the deep sea is eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase energy storage density by dividing the electrolyte tank for each of positive and negative electrodes into two tanks connected in series, and cooling one of two tanks in connection with charge or discharge. For example, the tank 5a for charging is cooled and divalent chromium chloride for the negative active material is deposited in a form of solid and left in the point B and the solution in the tank 5b is converted into the saturated solution of trivalent chromium chloride and supplied to the negative electrode 2. By repeating this circulation, the active material is stored in a form of solid and in high density. When a cell is discharged, this operation is reversely conducted. The operation in a positive electrode 1 is also performed in the same way.
