摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a washing structure in a small size with high washing efficiency and to prevent remaining of impurities such as salt components on a photosensitive material after washing. CONSTITUTION: Fresh water is supplied to a water reservoir 70A. The washing water is pumped by pumps 84, 88 and sprayed through a spray pipe 80 in the most downstream side to wash a film 20 to remove the component of a fixing liquid from the surface of the film. The washing water sprayed through the spray pipe 80 in the most downstream side to the film 20 is partly returned to the water reservoir 70A, while another part of water is dropped to a water reservoir 70B. Further, washing water sprayed through a spray pipe 80 in the center and most upstream side to the film 20 is partly returned to the water reservoir 70B and partly dropped to a tank 72 for waste water.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the apparatus for processing photosensitive materials which suppresses overshoot in the case of control of the temp. of a heat roller and sets the temp. at a temp. slightly lower than a prescribed temp. during non-processing to reduce electric power consumption and to rise up to the prescribed temp. at optimum timing. CONSTITUTION:A fan is kept held turned on at all times in the on-state of a warm air heater and is turned on as well at times other than this time. Namely, the fan is turned on (arrow A) even if the warm air heater is off if the surface temp. of the heat roller overshoots 70 deg.C by >=+2 deg.C. as a result, the surface temp. of the heat roller is rapidly dropped. The prescribed time (between arrows 4 and 5) after a film is detected by an insertion detecting sensor 0 is detected is so set by shifting the position of the arrow 5 that the timing for ending the rising (the position where the arrow 6 is always fixed) is attained.

CONSTITUTION:A filling tank 136 contains the first shielding plate 200. The first shielding plate 200 is provided with a rectangular plane base plate 204. Ribs 208A, 208B, arranged zigzag at both ends of the base plate 204, moderates the flow of supplemental stock solution from a cartridge 100, and a circularly standing fin 214 increases the outflow speed of the supplemental stock solution from the cartridge 100. That means, the speed of the supplemental stock solution is faster when outflowing from the cartridge 100 to the filling tank 136 and slower after outflowing. On the first shielding plate 200, the second shielding plate 202 is placed to serve for a cover which receives drops splashing due to outflow force of the supplemental stock solution from the cartridge 100.

Therefore, the liquid developer 56 which is heated with the remaining heat of the heating means 58 is circulated by the circulation pump 54, so the liquid developer 56 at the periphery of the heating means 58 never reaches high temperature and is prevented from deteriorating.

In such a way, the uneven processing of the photosensitive material 20 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: A helical gear 114 is supported by a shield bracket 108, with which a rotary shaft 116 is attached to a cover plate 106 of a processing rack. The shield bracket is energized by a coil spring 142 provided in the gap to the cover plate so that the helical gear is engaged to a worm gear 134. Besides, when jamming occurs and torque increases, the helical gear is moved together with the shield bracket against the energizing power of the coil spring and separated from the worm gear. Thus, the helical gear and the worm gear are disengaged from each other and damage caused by the increased torque is prevented.

SOLUTION: When a replenishing pattern is set and an original liquid is fed in a developing tank based on the difference of the constitution of a carrying path in the developing tank and the kind of a PS plate to be processed, water is fed therein to attain a previously set quantity so as to adjust a basic liquid (steps 200 to 212). Thereafter, the adjustment and the replenishment of the liquid are performed based on the replenishing pattern selected and set in accordance with the capacity of the developing tank and the PS plate to be processed, so that the desired quantity of liquid and target electric conductivity are obtained (step 216). Thus, the adjustment of the appropriate quantity of the prepared liquid corresponding to the PS plate to be processed and the capacity of the developing tank is completed.
