    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust an exposure beam in a simple structure while suppressing loss in light quantity or degradation of a wavefront. SOLUTION: An exposure beam L1 generated by a light source is made incident to an optical axis adjusting device; and the exposure beam L5 with its optical axis adjusted is guided to an exposure face. The optical axis adjusting device has a mirror 10 having a reflection face M1 and a mirror 20 having a reflection face M2, both mounted on a main unit 100; the light beam L3 reflected on the mirror 20 is reflected on mirrors 30, 40 in an output unit 200 to exit as the light beam L5. The angle α of the mirror 10 and the angle β of the mirror 20 are adjusted based on the results of monitoring transmitted light L30 through the mirror 30. The position of the beam is controlled by parallel shift of the main unit 100 along an XY-plane based on the results of monitoring transmitted light L40 through the mirror 40. The beam is feedback-controlled to the set given values of position and angle stored in storage means 320, 340, respectively, by the respective control means 310, 330 so as to stabilize the optical axis of the exiting light L5.       SOLUTION: In order to adjust the optical axis of a light beam L1 made incident on an XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system, a mirror 10 with a reflecting face M1 and a mirror 20 with a reflecting face M2 are attached to a main body 100. A light beam L3 reflected by the mirror 20 is further reflected by the reflecting faces M3 and M4 of mirrors 30 and 40 respectively in an output section 200 and emitted as a light beam L5. Based on the result of monitoring light L30 transmitted through the mirror 30, the angles α and β of the mirrors 10 and 20 are respectively adjusted. Based on the result of monitoring the light 40 transmitted through the mirror 40, the entire main body 100 is moved parallel to an XY plane.
