    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film, particularly an acrylic film, which is excellent in optical quality, mechanical properties, heat resistance and weather resistance.
      SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin film satisfies the following requirements (i)-(v): (i) the in-plane phase difference Re is ≤10 nm; (ii) the phase difference Rth in the thickness direction is from -10 to 10 nm; (iii) the tensile elongation is 10-150%; (iv) the 1% deformation temperature under load is 110-200°C; (v) the requirements (i)-(iv) are satisfied even after the thermoplastic resin film is left under conditions at 60°C and a relative humidity of 90% for 100 hr.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer porous film excellent in making thin films, and capable of easily regulating stable porous material characteristic.
      SOLUTION: This polymer porous film is obtained by making a solution, containing a water-insoluble polymer, a solvent (solvent 1) being a good solvent to the polymer and compatible with water, and a solvent (solvent 2) being a poor solvent to the polymer and compatible with water, mutually compatibilized therein, into a film shape on a substrate, cooling it at a temperature in the range of from the freezing point of the solvent (mixed solution of the solvent 1 and the solvent 2) to 0°C, to crystallize the polymer.
