摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an arranging space of the heat exchanger part, and to improve joining workability of heat exchange medium taking in and out piping of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Refrigerant piping 21a of an evaporator is arranged on the engine room A side so that the refrigerant piping 21a is projected in an engine room A by penetrating through a partition plate C in a vehicle mounting state. Thus, when mounting an air conditioner for an automobile on a vehicle, there is no need to perform piping joining work to the refrigerant piping 21a in a cabin B since it is only required to be performed in the engine room A. Thus, piping joining workability can be improved since there is no need to perform piping joining work in a particularly narrow space of the instrument panel part. Sub-piping in the cabin B is obviated to sharply reduce a cost as well as to simplify the piping joining work.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unpleasant feeling to a driver and a passenger due to the noise of a cooling fan in relation to a battery cooling device to cool the battery by means of the air inside the vehicle. SOLUTION: Since a cooling fan 3 is arranged at more downstream side of a cooling air flow than a secondary battery 2, the secondary battery 2 functions as a sound insulation material and the noise at the cooling fan 3 is hardly heard inside the vehicle. As a result, unpleasant feeling and a sense of incompatibility to a driver and a passenger can be reduced and restrained. In addition, the cooling fan 3 is arranged at the side opposite to a space A inside the vehicle with respect to the secondary battery 2, that is, the secondary battery 2 is arranged in between the cooling fan 3 and the space A inside the vehicle, so that the secondary battery 2 functions as a sound insulation wall. Whereby, the noise at the cooling fan 3 is hardly heard by the driver or the passenger and the unpleasant feeling to them is further reduced as well.

Thereby, heat is prevented from being conducted from the secondary battery 2 to the electric motor 5 and dusts sucked from an inlet 7 is prevented from adhering to the electric motor 5. Thus, the electric motor can be protected.

SOLUTION: A battery device 1 in an electric automobile including a hybrid vehicle is arranged in a trunk room arranged on a rear side of a vehicle, and is provided with a secondary battery 2 which is cooled by two centrifugal multiblade fans 3 freely to charge and discharge. The motor 5 is housed in a casing 6 together with the fans 3 and the secondary battery 2, an intake opening 7 and a delivery opening 8 are formed in the casing 6, and also a bulk head member 9 made of a non-magnetic material is arranged to segregate a space in the casing 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an air blowing noise by uniformizing the flow of air running toward a suction port of an air blowing casing by a guide part. SOLUTION: An air flow guide part 13d projecting to the rotary shaft 13c side is formed on an inside surface of a circumferential wall 13a of a rotary door 13. This air flow guide part 13d guides the flow of air running toward a suction port 21 after being introduced from an inside air introducing port 11 or an outside air introducing port so as to be uniformized, and is composed of plural projecting parts 13e and 13f formed in a waveform and a recess- projection shape on an inside surface of the circumferential wall 13a. When introducing air tries to flow along the inside surface of the circumferential wall 13a, the flow of introducing air can be forcedly deflected to the lateral side from the central side of an air fliter 30 and the suction port 21 by the air flow guide part 13d. As a result, air is distributed at almost uniform wind speed over the whole surface of the air filter 30, and the upstream side air flow of the air filter 30 is straightened, and since turbulence of the air flow is minimized, a noise by the turbulence of the air flow can be reduced.
