    • PURPOSE:To provide the method for bending the metallic tube doing without correcting it after taking out from a tube bending device by measuring the difference between the above bent angle and the required bending angle and correcting the bent metallic tube in this bending device. CONSTITUTION:In the bending device of a metallic tube 1 that the metallic tube 1 to be bent is passed through a suitable heating device 6 which can heat it partially, annularly and the top end side to be bent is clamped 4a at an arm 4 freely rotational, the heating part 2 is moved relatively to the longitudinal direction of the tube with a suitable moving device while heating the above metallic tube 1 with the heating device 6, applying the bending moment and deformed, the heating part 2 is cooled with a cooling means 6a with a water cooling just after the above, when the bending angle is reached to the set value, the heating is stopped, at once, the deforming between the metallic tube 1 and the bending moment applying device is opened and the deviation between the set angle and the bent angle is detected together, and the cooling water quantity of the heating part 2 is adjusted at the compressing side 2a and the pulling side 2 of the tube to the direction to decrease the above deviation while moving the cooling means 6 and the tube relatively.

    • PURPOSE:To learn the amount of moisture of an object to be measured varying in the density of an electrolyte, by measuring an AC input/output characteristic between electrodes inserted into the object being measured to determine a data concerning capacity from a measured value obtained. CONSTITUTION:A relationship is almost primary between the amount of moisture and a series equivalent capacity free from the density of a manure liquid. A signal current I flows through electrodes 2 inserted into a slag wool head 1 as object to be measured from an oscillator 3. Then, a voltage V generated between the electrodes is inputted into a computing device 4 to calculate a series equivalent capacity value of impedance of the object being measured and the results undergoes a proportional conversion to be displayed on a display meter 5 as amount of moisture. Moreover, the series equivalent capacity value is inputted into a limit switch mechanism 6 and a solenoid valve 8 is operated to manage a feed liquid to be supplied from a feed tube 7.

    • PURPOSE:To properly heat and to perform a good work for bending with even a small curvature by alternately impressing time-shared, different frequency voltages to a heating coil and varying a ratio of sharing time at the beginning and finishing of the work. CONSTITUTION:Time-shared, different frequency voltages are alternately impressed to a high frequency induction heating coil HC by periods of time of t1 and t2. When the voltages are impressed with a ratio of t1/t2 adjusted, a heating temp. depth (heating depth) necessary for hot plastic deformation is changed. Thus, the sharing time ratio at the beginning of a bending work is gradually varied from a small prescribed value (a shallow heating depth) to a large prescribed value (a deep heating depth) and the sharing time ratio at the finishing of the bending work is gradually varied from a large value to a small value. Thus, a high quality bending are obtained by suitably adjusting the heating condition, even if a small curvature is required.

    • PURPOSE: To heat metallic bar materials having different wall thicknesses uniformly over the entire length while moving the same at a constant speed by forming inductors for heating into multiturn type permitting division to invidual turns, and changing conduction of electricity to the invidual turns programmatically.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic bar material A moving at a constant speed in an arrow direction is heated with inductors I. The material A has different wall thicknesses (x), (y), (z) and the number of turns of the inductors required for heating the bar material up to a constant temp. while moving the same at this speed is set at 10 turns in the wall thickness part (x), 15 turns in the part (y) and 20 turns in the part (z). The black dots of the inductors I indicate the windings under conduction of electricity and the white dots indicate the winding under halt. The part (x) is heated by the 10 turns. When the leading end (b) of the part (z) comes to the winding 1, this is detected and electricity is conducted to the winding 1. According to the movement of the (b), electricity is conducted successively up to 5. For the (a) of the part (y), electricity is conducted from the winding 6. When the end points (c), (d) of the respective wall thickness parts come to the inductors I, the unnecessary windings are halted successively.
