    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of power supply of a car battery etc., by receiving an ASK modulated high frequency signal, converting the frequency of the received high frequency signal to output an intermediate frequency signal, demodulating the intermediate frequency signal and detecting the high frequency signal to obtain a carrier detection signal. SOLUTION: The ASK modulated wave is received by the antenna of a receiver which is mounted on a car, amplified by a low noise amplifier 1a of a high frequency party 1 of the receiving circuit and inputted to a carrier detection circuit part 2 and a frequency conversion circuit part 3 respectively. The part 3 includes a mixer 3a, a local oscillator 3b, a BPF 3c, etc. The oscillator 3b outputs a local oscillation signal and inputs it to the mixer 3a. The ASK modulated wave is inputted to the mixer 3a, mixed with the local oscillation signal and converted into an intermediate frequency signal. The intermediate frequency signal is transmitted through the BPF 3c and inputted to a 2nd detection diode 5a of a demodulation part 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission circuit with a simple configuration, at a low cost without production of beat requiring a comparatively small structural space. SOLUTION: The transmission circuit is provided with a local oscillator 6 that generates a local oscillation signal whose frequency is made stable, an ASK modulator 1 that applies ASK modulation to the local oscillation signal to generate an ASK signal, a multiplier 8 that multiplies a frequency of the local oscillation signal to generate a frequency multiplied signal, a mixer 3 that mixes the frequency of the ASK signal with the frequency of the multiplied signal to generate a mixed signal, a band-pass filter 4 that receives the mixed signal and provides an output of an up-convert signal selectively whose frequency is the sum of the frequency of the ASK signal and the frequency of the multiplied signal, and an output amplifier 5 that amplifies the up-convert signal to generate a transmission signal. In this case, since the mixer 3 mixes the frequency of the ASK signal with the frequency of the multiplied signal, it is not required to provide separately a local oscillator generating a mixed signal, and then the transmission circuit with a simple configuration, at a low cost where no beat is produced is realized.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce electric resistance of an internal layer wiring, by forming a trench part on each insulating board constituting a multilayer board, which trench part has the same shape as a desired wiring pattern, and burying conductor functioning as the internal layer wiring, in the trench part. CONSTITUTION:A trench hole 2a which has the same shape as a desired wiring pattern and penetrates up and down is formed on an insulating board 2. By performing a printing-art, conductor 6 functioning as an internal wiring is buried in the trench hole 2a, and an internal layer wiring path having the same thickness as the insulating board 2 is formed. An insulating board 1 as a first layer is subjected to thermocompression bonding on the insulating board 2. In the same manner, an insulating board 3 as a third layer is subjected to thermocompression bonding from the lower part of the insulating board 2. Thus a multilayer board 7 is constituted. Thereby, the film thickness of the conductor 6 can be made equal to the thickness of the insulating board 2. Further, the multilayer board 7 can be so constituted that cracks and distortion do not generate at the time of thermocompression bonding, and electric resistance of the internal layer wiring is small.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a coaxial dielectric resonator which is free from the radiation loss by forming a no-electrode part to an electrode and moving a conductor member having a recess part which covers said no-electrode part so that the opening area of the no-electrode part facing said recess part is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A no-electrode part 11 is formed by deleting partly an electrode 3 formed at the inner circumference of a coaxial dielectric resonator 10. While a conductor member 8 which is put into the inner barrel of a dielectric substance 2 has a recess part 12 that can cover the part 11. The dielectric constant of air is smaller than that of the substance 2, and the density of the line of electric force which passes through the part 11 is less than that of the line of electric force reaching an inner circumferential 3 from an outer circumferential electrode 3. Thus the field intensity is reduced. Here the member 8 is rotated or set out of its position for position control. Thus the opening area of the part 11 is controlled properly and therefore the field intensity can be controlled. Then the resonance frequency of the resonator 10 can be controlled.
