    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase absorbing capacity of energy by installing a bracket on a structural element of a joint part, respectively supporting central parts of rod type plastic behavior elements and connecting shaft end parts of a large number of the plastic behavior elements to each other by a connecting plate. SOLUTION: A large number of plastic behavior elements 13a, 13b of rod type spring plastic materials to bend, shear and deform are inserted into a large number of through holes of brackets 11, 12 respectively. Additionally, plate surfaces of the brackets 11, 12 respectively support a rod type intermediate part of the plastic behavior element 13, and they fix both end parts on a connecting plate 15. Thereafter, absorption of energy due to transmission of a load from one constitutional element to the other constitutional element and deformation is carried out by double bending deformation of the plastic behavior element 13 inserted into the brackets 11, 12. Consequently, a plasticizing member 10 absorbs energy by deformation of the plastic behavior element 13 at the time when an earthquake works. Continuously, the new plasticizing member 10 is installed by removing a bolt nut 14, the brackets 11, 12 and the plastic behavior element 13 after plastic deformation. Consequently, it is possible to easily repair and restore it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a cutting edge by providing a edge tip of a rotating roller so as to receive loading weight of a ground improving device and position it lower than a edge tip of a drilling blade and inner and outer edge tips of a head end edge of an underground casing. SOLUTION: A few pieces of stirring blades 2, a few pieces of drilling blades 3 furnished with edges 31 to drill underground or to crush obstacles and a cylindrical underground casing 4 furnished with inner and outer cutting edges 41, 41' on the head end edge are provided on a head part of a casing pipe 1, and an injection port 111 to inject an improving material in drilled soil in a chamber 5 is provided. A proper number of stabilizer and stirring blades 6 devised to be in the same diametrical relation with the edge tips 41a, 41' are provided below the casing pipe 1. A rotating roller 7 a edge tip of which is positioned below the inner and outer cutting edges 41, 41' is provided in the underground casing 4 or on a bottom plate 42 of the underground casing 4. Consequently, it is possible to temperate irregularities of the obstacles, etc., to smoothen rotating motion of a drilling cutter and to eliminate generation of vibration.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction by particularizing weight and wind resistance by forming a roof unit with a number of lightweight type rolled steel roof construction members in ridge direction and making the roof unit freely traveling in the ridge direction. SOLUTION: Lightweight steel lattice beams prefabricated in a factory are connected together by using insert joints on the site and a roof construction member 2 of a desired span is assembled. Next, many roof construction members 2 are built and arranged in the ridge direction, a membrane member 8 is attached to form a roof unit and then the freely traveling by manual labor in the ridge direction is made possible. Next, a plurality of roof units are provided in the same manner thereby building an all-weather type temporary roof equipment 1, which permits the work execution possible under all weather condition, and also the building materials are carried in a space under the roof by opening a roof unit desired. The roof unit has a weight of less than 30kg/m and is able to withstand a wind pressure of 30m/s. By doing this, a lightweight construction can be provided and handling is made easier.
