      SOLUTION: An excellent nonslip performance under the dry condition and the wet condition is obtained by simultaneously developing, on the surfaces of the sheet and the tile, an uneven pressed pattern by means of embossing and a projecting form by means of coating and hardening of a liquid resin containing particles. By using a frosted resin, any one of the coating process of the liquid resin or the embossing process may be carried out first.

      CONSTITUTION: Heat-unshrinkable yarns, preferably natural fiber such as cotton are used as warps and heat-shrinkable yarns of at least 20% heat srinkage such as polyester yarns untreated with heat setting and heat-unshrinkable yarns are used alternately with an appropriate interval as wefts to form a woven fabric and the fabric is coated with a thermoplastic resin layer such as flexible vinyl chloride at such a temperature as the fabric does not shrink. Then, the product is coated with a similar material for finishing and the laminated product is heated at a prescribed temperature to make the shrinkable yarn shrink, thus giving a leather-like product which a good wrinkle pattern.
