SOLUTION: An antibacterial treatment is applied to the central portion of a paper material exposed on the surface of a flat string-shaped handle 4. That is, an antibacterial agent is applied to the central portion of the paper material beforehand and dried. The agent may be sprayed on the handle 4 after it is manufactured. And the agent may be applied to a part of the handle 4. If the treatment is applied to such an extent that the propagation of bacterial can be suppressed but the treatment is not harmful to man, it is safe for man and bacteria can be surely reduced. And as the agent, any agent that can suppress the propagation of harmful bacteria may be used. If inorganic antibacterial agents are applied to the surface of the handle 4, safety can be ensured for man and environment in comparison with organic antibacterial agents.

The antifungal composite glass particles are added to active carbon, a nonwoven cloth or an inorganic oxide to prepare a filter medium. When water is cleaned by the filter medium, antifungal ions such as silver ions or copper ions are removed stably to prevent the propagation of bacteria for a long period of time.

The molding of even a rugged shape in a vertical direction which has heretofore been impossible to be molded with the conventional finishing molds opening and closing only laterally on the side part of the product is executed by the mold 2 in this way and the product having no joints in the part to be molded by the mold 2 is obtd.
