    • PURPOSE:To instantaneously detect urination by providing a urine detecting decision means which generates a urine detecting signal when an output signal level of a water leakage detecting element, provided in the lower in a cage, changes within a range corresponding to urine. CONSTITUTION:A water leakage detecting element 2, in a condition that it is pasted to a sloped surface of a supporting bed, is arranged in a recessed part in a cage inside wall of an elevator, and an output of the element 2 is measured by a measuring means 4 feeding its measured value to a urine detecting decision means 5 here comparing the measured value with a reference value input simultaneously. This reference value is left as previously calculated from a measuring data in the case of detecting urine and rainwater. The urine detecting means 5, when a level of the signal fed from the measuring means 4 is not more than the reference value, judges the urine to be detected, generating a urine detecting signal SN fed to an alarm generating means 6 provided in a supervisor's room or the like, and the alarm generating means 6 receives this signal generating an alarm and informing a supervisor of the signal.

CONSTITUTION:A composition, containing (A) tetrafluoroethylene resin, (B) 40 to 80wt.%m preferably 50 to 70wt.% total amount of titanium oxide and calcium titanate and (C) 0.005 to 1wt.% electrically conductive carbon substance (e.g. carbon black, graphite or carbon fiber) and produced by preferably pretreating the surface of the components (B) and (C) with a silane coupling agent, etc., dispersing the resultant components in a mixture solution of isopropyl alcohol and methanol, etc., adding an aqueous dispersion containing the component (A) thereto, stirring and simultaneously coagulating the obtained mixture and drying the coagulated substance. The ratio of the titanium oxide to the calcium titanate is selected from balance between the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composition.

Therefore, when the sensor 2 is inserted in a liquid in such a state that the electrodes 6a, 6b are turned downwardly, the liquid flows in the tube 2c to be interposed between the electrodes 6a, 6b and the electric resistance of the liquid between said electrodes is measured by a resistance measuring device 3 and collimated with the stored kind and electric resistance value of a liquid and the kind of the liquid is judged by an operational processor.

As a result, the first passage 11 is opened through which a liquid flows. In the same manner, the second passage 12 is opened by feeding the current to an electric deforming member 16 to move the second valve body 22, and the liquid flows through the second passage 12. The two passages 11 and 12 can be opened and closed freely in such a way.

Moreover, a signal line conductor 6 is fixed to the upper face of the reinforced layer 4 in the center in the lengthwise direction, and on the other hand, a ground conductor 8 is fixed to the lower face of the dielectric 2. Furthermore, a coated layer made of a porous PTFE is coated to the upper face of the signal line conductor 6 and the reinforced layer 4 and to the lower face of the ground conductor 8. Thus, the attenuation is decreased and the characteristic impedance is uniformized.

A directional control valve is obtained which can control three positions: all-port cutoff position, communicating position of the first port (1) and the common port (3), and communicating position of the second port (2) and the common port (3), with only one solenoid 10 by adding the action of the plunger 7.
