    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect operation conditions of construction machinery without reference to detection of motion of a control lever or a change in pilot pressure. SOLUTION: Pressure oil take-out lines 15a, 15b and 15c, branched off from upstream sections of pressure oil supply lines 12a, 12b and 12c connected to hydraulic pumps 14a, 14b and 14c, are assembled together into one line 17 for pressure detection via shuttle valves 16a and 16b; and a pressure switch 18 is provided at a downstream-side end thereof, so as to form a work condition detector for an auto deceleration unit of the construction machinery. When at least one of direction switching valves for controlling an actuator, which are provided on the downstream sides of the respective pressure oil supply lines 12a, 12b and 12c, is switched to an actuation side from the neutral state of all the direction switching valves, pressure of pressure oil led to the line 17 is increased. Thus, the change of the construction machinery from a nonoperating state to an operating one is detected by detecting the change of the pressure with the pressure switch 18.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate lifetime estimation of an oscillation pipe of a concrete pump.
      SOLUTION: Two suction and delivery outlets 2a, 2b are provided side by side in a right and left direction at a front side wall 1a of a hopper 1, and two cylinders 3 for pumping is made communicate to the two suction and delivery outlets 2a, 2b. The oscillation pipe 6 as an oscillation valve bent in S-shape is stored in the hopper 1. The oscillation pipe 6 is constructed in such a manner that the same can be connected to a concrete transport pipe 10 at rear end part and that a front end thereof can oscillate in the right and left direction to alternately coincide with the two suction and delivery outlets 2a, 2b. A hole 24 of a predetermined depth is provided on a pipe wall at an upper bend part in a vertical direction from an outside to enable estimation of lifetime of the oscillation pipe 6, and thickness dimension between an inner bottom part of the hole 24 and an inner surface of the pipe wall is set slightly smaller than wall thickness dimension of the pipe wall at a bend part of a lower part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decelerator device for a construction machine capable of automatically reducing rotational speed of an engine down to an idling condition when an operator leaves the construction machine.
      SOLUTION: A main body frame 1 is provided with a main lever 2 connected with a throttle lever 9 of the construction machine through a first pull cable 10 and an auxiliary lever 4 connected with a control lever 11 of the engine through a second pull cable 12. This decelerator device is provided with a decelerator motor 8 switching the auxiliary lever 4 into a state for turning the auxiliary lever 4 in synchronization with the main lever 2 or a state for returning the auxiliary lever 4 to an initial position irrespective of position of the main lever 2. A bounding detection switch 16 is provided in an operation box 15. When bounding operation of the operation box 15 is detected by the bounding detection switch 16, current is carried into the decelerator motor 8, and the auxiliary lever 4 is returned to a position where engine speed is reduced down to the idling condition.
