    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of surely preventing a hole from becoming thin in a construction in which concrete is placed into a hole drilled by a casing excavation to create a pile body and capable of surely securing a design pile diameter.SOLUTION: An inventive method for creating pile body includes steps of:putting slurry pressing concrete into a drilled hole inside a casing; and placing the concrete in the drilled hole so as to push up the slurry. In this method, the concrete is placed so that an upper surface of the placed concrete pushes up the slurry during the period from a start up to completion of the concrete placing. Meanwhile, the slurry is filled up to the vicinity of a hole mouth and is recovered/controlled so as to keep its water head level substantially contant during the period up to the completion of placing. Thereby, the inner pressure (lateral pressure) of unconsolidated concrete in a pull-out range is not overcome by an external pressure such as earth pressure of a hole wall and placement pressure even if the casing is pulled out about a concrete-placed part, the hole is surely prevented from becoming thin, and a design pile diameter can be secured.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively conduct inner excavation regardless of properties of the ground.
      SOLUTION: An inner excavator 1 is used for inner excavation by being inserted into a casing pipe when the casing pipe 2 is pressed in, and constituted in a suspendible manner by a crane so as to be able to discharge slime accompanied by the excavation outside the casing pipe. When the inner excavator 1 is operated, following processes A to D are repeated, and the inner excavator 1 is propelled until a slime storage pipe 9 for a lower device 1b is filled in capacity. (A) A hydraulic cylinder 70 for an upper device 1a is extended and a lower device 1b is propelled, and the fixing state of the upper device 1a to the casing pipe 2 is released. (B) The hydraulic cylinder 70 is shrunk in a state in that the upper device 1a is not fixed and the upper device 1a is lowered. (C) The lowered upper device 1a is fixed to the casing pipe 2 and a reaction is secured. (D) The hydraulic cylinder 70 for the upper device 1a is extended and the lower device 1b is propelled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a safe, low-cost and easy-to-construct steel pipe pile by integrating a preceding steel pipe and a following steel pipe together as the steel pipe pile with a prescribed length by a screw joint through the use of a steel pipe as a steel material to be used along with construction work in place of an inhibiting pile with heavy weight and low strength.
      SOLUTION: The steel pipes 13 and 13a are integrated together in a full-rotation-type all casing device 9 by an accompanying crane 12 via a screw; inner excavation and earth removal are performed by means of the accompanying crane 12 via an excavating grab 17; and an anti-rotation pin 20a prevents excessive rotation and corotation. Embedment is efficiently performed with sufficient strength and light weight, and the steel pipe pile is driven in an extremely efficient manner with good working efficiency, safety and low costs.
