摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the diffusion-transfer process photographic product less in picture unevenness, improved in heat resistance in a production stage and excellent in production stability by applying the composition in which the white pigment is mixed and dispersed to the resin being the polyester synthesized by the condensation polymerization or the co-condensation polymerization of dicarboxylic acid and diol on the side of the surface to apply a receiving layer to obtain reflecting supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The reflecting supporting body is coated with the composition in which the white pigment is mixed and dispersed to the resin being the polyester synthesized by the condensation po1ymerization or the co-condensation polymerization of at least 50% dicarboxylic acid and diol at least on the the side of the surface to apply a receiving layer of the reflecting supporting body. And the polyester on the reflecting supporting body is the polyester consisting essentially of polyethylene terephthalate, and diol is ethylene glycol. And the white pigment on the reflecting supporting body is titanium oxide, and the weight ratio (titanium oxide/resin ratio) to the resin consisting essentially of the polyester is (5/95)-(50/50) preferably.

In the image forming medium, the image reinforcing layer 56 having the refractive index being smaller than that of the image receiving layer 58 and the transparent layer 50 and also not larger than 1.43 is arranged between the image receiving layer 58 and the transparent layer 50. Therefore, the image reinforcing layer 56 reduces internal reflection in the medium and the quality of the image observed by it is improved. The image forming medium is used as the image forming element of a diffusion transfer method film unit.
