    • PURPOSE:To output a sine wave and a triangular wave of extremely-low frequency in an ideal shape from an output terminal, by analyzing a waveform with a calibration part as to whether an output waveform has an ideal shape or not, so as to compensate a characteristic of a circuit in accordance with said result. CONSTITUTION:A signal wave obtained from a signal wave forming part 1 containing a computer is modulated 2 by a carrier wave having a sufficiently high frequency. This modulated signal is amplified 3, and after that, is detected by a demodulating circuit 4, and an output signal is obtained in an output terminal 5. Also, an output signal of the demodulating circuit 4 is applied to a calibration part 7 through a feedback circuit 6, and calibrate and controls an output signal waveform of the signal wave forming part 1 so that an output signal from the circuit 6 becomes a desired waveform. In this way, a waveform is analyzed by the calibration part 7 as to whether the output signal waveform has an ideal shape or not, and a characteristic of a circuit is compensated in accordance with said result, therefore, voltage having an optional waveform being nearly ideal is obtained, and an electric characteristic of an electric power apparatus is measured with high accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To generate a constant DC voltage which has a wide operating current range easily with high stability by a method wherein a direct current and a high frequency current are supplied directly to one Josephson-element in a super- conducting closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:One Josephson element J1 and N Josephson elements J2 are connected in parallel to compose a super-conducting closed circut. In this closed circuit, when a direct current I and a high frequency current i are supplied simultaneously to the parallel junction point of the element J1 and the elements NXJ2, a relation Y1+NXY2=O is realized, where Y1 and Y2 are the phase of the current through the element J1 and the elements NXJ2 respectively. And the phase roration of the current through the elements J2 is slower than that of the current through the element J1 by 1/N of that value. Then the DC constant voltage generated by the elements J2 has a wide current range corresponding to the integer N. Thus, by increasing the number N of the elements J2, the constant DC voltage which has a wide operating current range can be generated easily with high stability.
