摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the discharge concentration of dioxins indirectly by measuring total organic halogens in an exhaust gas discharged from an incinerator at a refuse incineration place, an industrial waste incineration place or the like. SOLUTION: This measuring method is a measuring method, for dioxins, in which the concentration of the dioxins is measured according to a correlation between the concentration of organic halogens and the concentration of the dioxins. The measuring method contains a process wherein a sample gas from which dust in an exhaust gas is removed is ventilated through an adsorption column 14 and a total organic halogen compound is adsorbed. The measuring method contains a process wherein the adsorption column 14 is heated and the total organic halogen compound is desorbed. The measuring method contains a process wherein the desorbed total organic halogen compound is quantitatively determined by a coulometric titration method and the concentration of organic halogens is obtained. The measuring method contains a process wherein the concentration of the dioxins is measured on the basis of the concentration of the organic halogens obtained by the coulometric titration method according to a correlation, between the concentration of the organic halogens and the concentration of the dioxins, which is found in advance.

In order to manufacture a column body which is coated with a silicone film, a method in which the column body is coated with a curing silicone so as to be hardened at room temperature or by heating is cited.

SOLUTION: In order to determine a concentration of dissolved oxygen gas in an organic compound of a boiling point of 30-250 deg.C which is liquid at ordinary temperatures, a gas chromatograph in a constitution having a precolumn 3, a gas pass switch cock 4, an analysis column 5 and a detector 6 connected in this order is used. While the organic compound in an injected sample is kept in the precolumn 3, the oxygen gas is transferred from the precolumn 3 to the analysis column 5 and detector 6, and quantitatively analyzed. Thereafter, the cock 4 is switched thereby connecting a terminal end at the exit side of the precolumn 3 to a gas pass communicating to the outside of a system of the chromatograph, and also connecting a terminal end at the entrance side of the analysis column 5 to an auxiliary carrier gas pass 8. Then, a column thermostatic bath 2 is raised in temperature, thereby discharging the organic compound in the precolumn 3 to the outside of the system.
