摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate incomplete combustion with a simplified structure and uniformly heat a food material cooking container by forming a fuel passage flame path so as to exhaust combustion gas on the side of a smoke guide plate through a portion between the food material cooking container and a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:The flow of combustion gas passing through a heat resistant metal mesh 10 is dispersed through a smoke plate 11, and is guided from a lower combustion chamber 9 to an upper combustion chamber 13 through a gap provided on one side of a partition plate 12 between the upper combustion chamber 13 and the lower combustion chamber 9. The combustion gas in the upper combustion chamber 13 is guided to an exhaust port through an external wall of a food material cooking container 2 and the upper surface of the partition plate 12. The exhaust port is provided on the opposite side of a gap for communication of the upper combustion chamber 13 with the lower combustion chamber 9. For this, the combustion gas passes through a folded combustion passage flame path in the combustion chambers until it reaches the exhaust port and hence comes in contact with the food material cooking container 2 and the partition plate 12 in a wide range. Thus, uniform heating of the food material cooking container 2 is esnured. Further, the heating partition plate 12 assists complete combustion of the combustion gas.
