And as the rotating speed of a driving engine rises, the holders 72 of all driving side rotating rollers 7a through 7c move in the centrifugal direction against coil springs 73. Further, each of the pins 72d in the holders 72 of all driving side rotating rollers 7a through 7c is positioned on far more central side than the outer circumferential end part 74b at the slit 74a of each stopper 74, and respective rotating rollers 7a, 7b, and 8a, 8b on the driving and driven sides start to slip. As a result, the rotating speed of an output shaft 63 can be prevented from rising above a given value.

    • PURPOSE:To make a smooth rotation control by displacing a plurality of centrifugal weights disposed in the periphery of a disc in the centrifugal direction by action of centrifugal force when the disc is rotated more than fixed to press a plurality of bearing balls to the inner wall of a casing. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary shaft 1 and a disc 2 fixed thereto are rotated less than fixed, the respective centrifugal weights 4a-4d are kept in such a manner as to lie along the peripheral edge 3 of the disc 2, so that the respective bearing balls 10a-10d collide with corresponding circular-arc projection ends 11 to exhibit a bearing function. On the contrary, when the disc 2 is rotated more than fixed, the respective centrifugal weights 4a-4d are displaced with a supporting point of a shaft pin 5 in the centrifugal direction by centrifugal force, and the longitudinal portions 6 thereof are pushed out to the inner wall of a casing 9. Accordingly, the small portions 7 of the respective centrifugal weights 4a-4d are turned in the centripetal direction to open passages for the bearing balls 10a-10d, so that the bearing balls 10a-10d are moved to the longitudinal portions 6 of the centrifugal weights 4a-4d to gradually brake the disc 2.
