The bracket 4 can rotate on the connection shaft. The linear member C is extended to the path interrupting means B so as to prevent the bracket 4 from rotating. When the linear member C is broken by a vehicle hooked on the linear member C, the bracket 4 rotates and the toll bar 6 is horizontally provided to the path R.
