    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable entire asphalt emulsion including the same at a lower bottom section in an emulsion tank to be uniformly heated with high heat efficiency without using an electric heating device.SOLUTION: A pipe-type heater for an emulsion tank 6 mounted on an asphalt finisher is configured to: have a hot oil pipe 30, inside the emulsion tank 6, where hot oil flows therein; arrange the hot oil pipe 30 so that the same bends from side to side and up and down in the emulsion tank 6; and heat asphalt emulsion 19 inside the emulsion tank 6 by radiation from the hot oil pipe 30. In addition, a hot oil outlet portion of the hot oil pipe 30 is connected to a lower bottom section hot oil pipe 33 which is arranged along the lowest bottom section of the emulsion tank 6 so that the asphalt emulsion 19 at the lowest bottom section of the emulsion tank 6 can be reliably heated by the radiation from the lower bottom section hot oil pipe 33.
