When the weight of the clothing drying pole is loaded to the pole hanging tools 1, force to revolve the pole downward is operated with one end part passed through the strut, but since revolution stoppers 25 abutted to the struts are provided under the longitudinal holes 2, the pole is prevented from being revolved downward.
