摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a molded para-oriented aromatic polyamide reduced in moisture absorption and coefficient of expansion caused by moisture absorption by heating a film containing a specific amount of metal ions to regulate the density of the film to a specific value. CONSTITUTION: The molding consists substantially of a para-oriented aromatic polyamide having an inherent viscosity of 3.5 or higher. It has a content of metal ions bonded to the acid groups of the polyamide molecules of 10-500ppm, and has a density of 1.390-1.470g/cm . This molding produced from a para-amide solution is obtained by neutralizing the acid component contained in the solution, washing the solution with water, treating the same with an at least 0.001wt.% aqueous solution of carbon dioxide, and then heating the solution at 350-500 deg.C. Examples of the molding include fibers, pulplike particles, and films. An especially preferred example of the para-amide is poly-p-phenyleneterephthalamide.

In addition, the amount of the component (B) is preferably 0.1 to 90wt.% based on the total amount of the components (A) and (B). A phosphorus-based catalyst is preferably added in an amount of 0.0001 to 5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts. wt. the component (A) during the period from discharge of the raw materials of the polyamide resin to completion of formation of the alloy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a dyed product excellent in light and washing resistances by dyeing a specific para-aromatic polyamide fiber with aqueous dyes or pigments. CONSTITUTION:A polymer dope of para-aromatic polyamide polymer having the intrinsic viscosity of over 5dl/g is prepared by effecting the polycondensation reaction between 1.00 mole of a para-aromatic diamine and 0.94 to 0.99 mole of a para-aromatic dicarboxylic halide in a polar amide solvent containing 2 to 10wt.% of an alkali or alkaline earth halide such as calcium chloride at -20 to 50 deg.C. Then, the dope is extruded into fibers, coagulated in an aqueous coagulation bath, swollen with water and brought into contact with a solution or dispersion of a dye or a pigment to effect dyeing to give the object dyed product of high wash and light fastness higher than class 4. Since the fibers can be dyed in a markedly short time, the processes from the polymerization to the dyeing excellent in in dustrialization can be carried out continuously.

The structure has an oxygen transmittance of 5 ml/m /day/atmosphere or less. Specifically, the substrate 4 is sequentially covered with an SiO2 layer 6 vacuum deposited on the substrate 4, and an SiO2 8 vacuum deposited, a protective layer 10 made suitably of an adhesive plastic resin is provided at an outside to form a multilayer structure 2. The substrate is adapted to a polyester or polyamide film. Further, it suitably has a mean roughness of 50 nm or less of surface smoothness.
