    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-snow bicycle which does not spoil ski-feeling on the snow and is excellent in traveling performance. SOLUTION: A sled plate 2 is fitted in place of a front wheel of a bicycle, and a wheel-shaped sled 3 is fitted in place of a rear wheel. The wheel-shaped sled 3 is of the structure where a plurality of sleds of the same shape are arranged in a circumference, and when not in rotation, the wheel-shaped sled plays a role similar to that of a regular sled plate. When in rotation, a V-shaped rear part 6 is bitten in snow, and pushes the snow backward to obtain the propulsion. A gear 7 is fixed to an axle of the wheel-shaped sled 3 to agree the rotational direction of a pedal with the rotational direction of the wheel- shaped sled 3. The propulsion is obtained by stepping on the pedal. After the advancing speed is obtained, the pedal is stopped, and the skiing on the snow can be enjoyed with the wheel-shaped sled 3 forming a regular sled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operation lever follow the movement of the finger of a driver when the driver rotates a handle bar and to improve the operability by providing the front end part of the operation lever of a throttle lever device vertically rockable to a throttle lever bracket. SOLUTION: When the fingers of a driver are caught on an operation lever 3 in the state where a grip 8 is held in the hand to pull it to the driver side, the operation lever 3 and a drive arm 11 are integrally rotated around a support shaft 4 to pull a throttle wire 6, whereby the fuel feed quantity to an engine is increased to increase the rotating speed. When the driver turns a handle bar 7 to the left or right in this state, the touching state of the driver's fingers to the operation lever 3 is vertically changed. However, since the operation lever 3 is supported by the shaft 11a of the drive arm 11, the operation lever 3 follows the movement of the driver's fingers and rotates with a proper moderation feeling by the engagement of a ball 15 with a groove 11d, and satisfactory operability can be provided.
