    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush concrete, etc., in a bucket and discharge them by annexing a pair of crushing tooth cylinders to the bucket at the front end of a swing arm, linking the pivotal shafts of each crushing tooth cylinder with a motor on the outside of the bucket and forming a void for falling concrete lumps, etc., crushed by the crushing tooth cylinders to the bucket. SOLUTION: A pair of crushing tooth cylinders 5, 6 are installed rotatably to a bucket 3. The pivotal shafts 10, 11 of the crushing tooth cylinders are fixed onto hydraulic motors 7, 8 respectively on the outside of the bucket 3. A pectinate falling void 9 is formed to the bottom section of the bucket 3. The hydraulic motors 7, 8 are rotated, and the lumps of concrete and asphalt and stone scooped by the bucket 3 through the falling void 9 are crushed by the crushing tooth cylinders 5, 6, and discharged. Metallic substances such as reinforcement chips are separated at that time. Accordingly, the treatment efficiency of concrete, etc., by a hydraulic shovel and a loader shovel can be improved remarkably.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the crushing efficiency of gravel by installing axially a small diameter roller of a crushing mechanism at a higher position than a large diameter roller through a vibration means. CONSTITUTION:A large diameter roller 13 of paired rollers 13, 15, each having a different diameter from the other, with teeth 11 carved at right angles with an axial center, is axially attached to a drive shaft 19 on a base 17. In addition, a small diameter roller 15 is axially attached at a higher position than the large diameter roller 13 through a vibration means 23. A crushing mechanism 29 comprises the teeth 11, both rollers 13, 15, whose crests 25 and valleys 27 are engaged with each other with an appropriate space left in between. Further, gravel is fed into a clearance between both rollers 13, 15 from a gravel hopper 43. Then, the gravel is crushed by a pressing force generated by engagement between both rollers 13, 15 of the crushing mechanism 29, a pressing force generated by vibration of the small diameter roller 15, a pressing force generated by the self-weight of the small diameter roller 15 and a rubbing force generated by the peripheral velocity difference between both rollers 13, 15.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out effective grinding and kneading by providing feed gears meshing each other between two shafts on the side of a supply port to two freely revolvable shafts in a barrel and also providing return gears communicating with the feed gears through tooth spaces and meshing each other between two shafts. CONSTITUTION:Feed gears 5-7, 9, 10, 12 meshing each other between two shafts 3, 4 on the side of the supply port in a barrel 1 are mounted on two shafts 3, 4 supported in a freely revolvable manner within a grinding and kneading chamber 2, and return gears 8, 11, 13 communicating with the feed gears through tooth spaces and meshing each other between two shafts are also mounted to two shafts. Further, the inner surface of the barrel is formed so as to almost closely extend along the shapes of the outer peripheral surfaces of the feed and return gears. Furthermore, the feed gears are constituted as helical gears whose twist direction is set so as to feed a kneaded raw material to a discharge port and the return gears are constituted as helical gears whose twist direction is set so as to return the kneaded raw material to the supply port. As a result, effective grinding and kneading can be carried out.
