    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open and close a net panel, and increase the service life thereof by suppressing damage thereto. SOLUTION: Two lines of guide rails 9 and 10 in endless state are disposed parallel with each other along a circulating route J. Chain plates are disposed so as to move along the circulating route J, and a plurality of net panels 6 are installed at specified intervals. A guide shaft is fitted to the upper parts of a pair of side plates on both sides of the net panels, and guide rollers 18 are installed on the guide shaft and inserted into a guide roller guide rail. In the same manner, a spindle is fitted to the lower parts of the side plates, and chain rollers 20 are installed on a lower shaft and inserted into a chain roller guide rail 9. The two lines of the guide rollers 9 and 10 bring the net panels into a closed state by reducing the distance therebetween in an area A on the upstream side of the circulating route J, and bring the net panels into an open state by increasing the distance in an area B on the downstream side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an effective automatic treatment to be performed in a small sized sewage treating facility, and to reduce the economical cost by discharge sludge integrated into one body with filter medium to the outside by opening the bottom of a case or rotating the case 180 degrees. SOLUTION: The sludge 11 is charged into the case 3 in which filter medium is laid 4 via a sludge feed device 2, then a movable suction 53 with permitted vertical movement is abutted on the bottom of the case 3 from a vacuum suction means 5, thus a dehydration process for reducing the inner water by an appropriate amount is performed. Later, the case 3 successively moves via a chain belt 12 and a drying process is performed in accordance with the movement. Here, microwaves generated with a microwave heating device 6 are irradiated to the sludge 11 in the case 3. After completion of the drying process, the case 3 fulfilled with the sludge 11 is rotated about 180 degree in the up and down direction, then the considerably dried sludge 11 falls down together with the filter medium 4, and for example are collected in a collection case 9.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device capable of dehydrating sand in two-stage times and of being easily maintained. CONSTITUTION:The dewatering bottom part of a dehydration basket 2 is formed by stretching a dewatering network 25 and a filter cloth 26 on the opened bottom face. A plurality of dehydration baskets 2 are stuck to an endless chain at the proper intervals by connecting the dewatering bottom part sides to the chain. A raw liquid supply tank 4 is provided which supplies raw liquid containing sand to the hydration baskets 2. A detection switch 55 for detecting deposition of sand in the dehydration baskets 2 is provided and the endless chain is intermittently travelled. An air cylinder 61 closes the upper face of the aperture of the dehydration basket by a cover 64 in the next transfer position. An air force-feeding device force-feeds compressed air into the dehydration basket 2 by arranging an air nozzle 71 in the cover 64. A sand receiving tank 8 is provided in the reverse part of the endless chain. Raw liquid containing sand is supplied to the dehydration basket and naturally dewatered. The aperture of the upper face of the dehydration basket is closed and compressed air is force-fed into the dehydration basket to forcedly dewater sand. Dewatered sand falls from the dehydration basket in the reverse part and is discharged.
