    • PURPOSE:To suppress increase of a wiring area and to improve the fast operability and the noise resistance by using an ECL circuit of a low voltage level and applying a level stabilizing capacity. CONSTITUTION:The transistors TR Q11 and Q12 having the emitters connected in common to each other form a differential pair. The resistance RL7 and RL8 connected between the collectors and grounds IN of both TR Q11 and Q12 function as the load resistances. Then a TR Q13 and a resistance RCS5 connected between the common emitters of both TR Q11 and Q12 and VEE function as the constant current sources. Meanwhile the resistances RL9 and RL10 function as the load resistances, and a TR Q16 and a resistance RCS6 function as the constant current sources respectively. In regard of the relation of logical levels between the signals of types 1 and 2, the low levels of signals of both types are equal to each other and a high level of signal of the type 1 is higher than that of the type 2 by about half of logical amplitude. Furthermore a level stabilizing capacity CSH1 is connected to the circuit that produces a signal of the type 2.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a power supply changeover circuit of a system configured in duplicate having a very small voltage loss and leakage current and switched uninterruptibly. CONSTITUTION:Emiteres of two sets of transistors (TRs) 1,2 being components of a switch circuit of each power supply are respectively connected to input power supplies 12,13 and bases are connected to a bias resistor 5 through TRs 3.4. The other end of the bias resistor 5 is connected to a GND 15. Collectors of the TRs 1,2 are connected together, and the connecting point is used for an output voltage terminal 14. Moreover, diodes 10,11 are connected in a polarity to block a current flowing reversely to an input power supply and resistors 8,9 are connected to control a bias voltage. Thus, the two power supplies are switched uninterruptibly and the power supply changeover circuit is realized, in which a voltage loss and a leakage current are very small.

    • PURPOSE: To miniaturize a switching circuit by reducing the number of terminals and reducing the number of peripheral circuits by inputting/outputting one switching signal through one terminal while preventing an output signal from affecting an input signal. CONSTITUTION: This switching circuit is composed of a switching input/output IC 1000 capable of outputting an input/output signal from the same terminal, six switching elements S1-S6 linked to input/output terminals I/O1 to I/O6, and six display elements LED1 to LED6. In this case, the input/output IC 1000 is composed of input/output signal interface circuits 10i [(i)=0, 1 to 6] and input/output signal separate circuits 20i for controlling the output signals so as not to affect the input signals while being lined to any one of switching elements Si and any one of LEDi. Thus, one switching element Si and one display element LEDi respectively require one circuit 10i and 20i. Thus, a cut-off signal is generated at predetermined time intervals when forming a current path.
