    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unipolar electrical rotating machine which is practical and brushless by modifying the low voltage and high current characteristics of the unipolar electrical rotating machine to have the same voltage, current, rotational frequency and efficiency as the specification of a general DC electric rotating machine. SOLUTION: In the unipolar electrical rotating machine, an armature core is structured to combine two cylindrical spaces inside an armature core joint. One coil peace of an armature coil is installed in a slot at the surface of the cylindrical space of the armature core, in order to fully link with a field magnetic flux. The other coil peace is installed to a slot which is formed in the armature core to place the coil peace in the deep position of the armature core from the surface of cylindrical space and shields the field magnetic flux. Silicon steel boards are bored and laminated at the width of the armature core to form the armature core, and the armature coil is installed in the armature core to make a single armature. Two field coils are inserted in four cylindrical spaces of two armatures, and the field magnetic flux is supplied by connecting two armatures magnetically.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC generator which can convert mechanical dynamic energy into electrical energy with enhanced conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: In a DC generator, two magnetic pole rotors 7a and 7b are formed by alternately arranging seven N tooth-form sections 14 and seven S tooth-form sections 14 at regular angular intervals on the outer peripheries of two pairs of bobbins 9 fitted to a rotor shaft 8, and in each tooth-form section, pole cores 15a and 15b the front end sections of which respectively provided with different poles and are faced opposite to each other, by bending the front end sections inward in the axial direction and pole cores 15c and 15d the front end sections, which are made outwardly to face opposite to each other are provided. A rotor 7, having a pair of field poles, is formed by forming fourteen sets of exciting poles, composed of the two pairs of pole cores 15a and 15b and 15c and 15d in this way. In addition, numbers X and Y of pole cores 15 and stator cores 17 respectively are respectively adjusted to 14 (X=14) and 12 (Y=12), by forming twelve stator cores 12 which have different widths from those of the pole cores 1 on the inner periphery of a fixing frame 17, at regular angular intervals.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve high speed rotation having low ripple by facing a magnetic disc of a rotor, where a permanent magnet disc secured to a rotary shaft is held by magnetic discs at the opposite sides, with an armature coil arranged on a magnetic cylindrical housing and rotating the rotor. CONSTITUTION:An axial magnetized permanent magnet 4 is secured to a rotary shaft 1 and magnetic discs 4a, 4b having diameters larger than that of the permanent magnet 4 are secured to the opposite sides thereof thus constituting a rotor. The rotary shaft 1 is held rotatably by bearings 3a, 3b fixed to the side boards 2a, 2b of a cylindrical magnetic housing 2 and drives a load 7. Square apertures 15a-15d are made at four points in the circumference of the housing 2 corresponding with the magnetic discs 4a, 4b, and then soft steel yokes 13a-14d applied with coils 5a-6d are adhered thus forming a magnetic path. One sides of the coils 5a-6d are made linear so that the coils 5a-6d face through slight predetermined gaps with the discs 4a, 4b. By such arrangement, a highly efficient high speed motor, where torque ripple is suppressed and counter torque is not produced, can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and to reduce the size of a rotary type actuator by movably engaging a leg formed circumferentially on the outer periphery of an intermediate yoke with a long hole formed on the outer periphery of a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate yoke 8 is contained at the prescribed interval with the inner periphery in a hollow bobbin 6, and a plurality of legs 8A which are movably engaged with long holes 6C formed on the outer periphery of the bobbin 6 and communicate with the inner wall of a case 1 are formed on the outer periphery of the intermediate yoke 8. Magnetic fluxes emitted from magnets 4, 5 are gathered to the yoke 8 in the above structure, and transmitted through the legs 8A to the case 1 to form a closed circuit 9. On the other hand, currents flow to the radial inside at the side 6A of the bobbin 6 and to the radial outside at the side 6B. Therefore, the forces of the both sides 6A, 6B in the same directions are generated to obtain rotary motions in the same direction.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to increase the capacity of a rotary electric machine by generating a high voltage by a high peripheral speed in a rotary generator section, and collecting a current via a current collecting brush which slidably contacts in a rotary current collector by a low peripheral speed in the collector. CONSTITUTION:A stator is composed of an exciting winding 1, a core yoke 2, a current collecting brush 4, a cylindrical return conductor 3 and an output terminal 5, etc. A rotor is constructed of a hollow cylindrical conductor 7, a riser 8, and a commutator 10. The conductor 7 as a generator section is rotated at a high speed to induce a high voltage. The current is collected by the commutator 10 which rotates slower than the conductor 7 and the brush 4 which slidably contacts with the commutator 10.
