SOLUTION: A tungsten halogen bulb 11 having a rotation elliptical body shape swelling portion 6 is arranged in a funnel shape reflector 1 having a reflection portion 3 having a reflection mirror face at one end portion and having a barrel portion 4 continuously disposed to the reflection portion 3 at the other end portion. The sealing portion 9 of the tungsten halogen bulb 11 is inserted into the barrel portion 4 of a reflector 1, a base 12 is fixed to the barrel portion 4 of the reflector 1 by an adhesive 17, and thereby the tungsten halogen bulb 11, the reflector 1, and the base 12 are integrated with each other. The swelling portion 6 outer diameter of the tungsten halogen bulb positioned in the reflector 1 is larger than the barrel portion 4 inner diameter of the reflector 1.

SOLUTION: When a current flows between electrodes 4, a filament 2 is heated, and an infrared ray corresponding to a temperature of the filament 2 is radiated. Here, an infrared ray is released in full direction from the filament 2, however, by a lens 6 provided downward of the filament 2, an infrared ray radiated downward of a silicon substrate 1 is polarized, thereby straight advancement is improved, parallel light is outputted and focused, and high-output infrared ray can be obtained. According to this, since focal length can be controlled by the lens 6, an infrared-ray output having directivity can be obtained.

A heat source 28 is provided, which feeds simultaneously heat energy in the extent of a wavelength of about 0.5μm to about 2μm to the die 20 and the lead frame 24, so as to heat the die 20 to a fully high temperature for wire-bonding as the lead frame 24 is maintained in a non-oxidized state. Moreover, a wire-bonding means for bonding wires to the die 20 is provided. For example, one comprising a non-focal tungsten halogen lamp is used as the heat source 28.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower temperature difference between a cylindrical part and a part of a spherical part of between the cylindrical part and a part of a ellipsoidal body so that halogen is hard to stay, and to lower the erosion of an internal lead wire so as to prolong the lifetime by setting a distance from a center to an end of a filament at a specified value or less. SOLUTION: A distance from the center of a filament 2 to a connection part of a cylindrical part 3b and a sealing part 3c is set at 23mm or less. In the case of less than 23mm, inert gas and halogen, which are sealed in a bulb 3, is flowed along an inner surface of a part of a spherical part of the bulb 3, which mainly surrounds the filament 2, or an inner surface of a part 3a of an ellipsoidal body of the bulb 3, and while it is easy to flow into a cylindrical part 3c of the bulb 3. With this structure, temperature difference between the cylindrical part 3b and a part of the spherical part of the bulb 3 or between the cylindrical part 3b and a part 3a of the ellipsoidal body is lowered so that halogen is hard to stay in the cylindrical part 3b, and the erosion of an internal lead wire 4 is lowered so as to prolong the lifetime.

In the reflecting mirror 14, its barrel part 16 is inserted into the base 11, and an adhersive 18 is injected into a clearance between this base 11 and the barrel part 16 of the reflecting mirror 14, and is fixed to the base 11.
