The gear ratio is appropriately selected to drive output shafts 3, 3 with different numbers of revolutions. In this manner, the number of parts is reduced, an apparatus is miniaturized, and its cost is decreased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent shock imposed on a gear due to backlash at the time of transmission of forces by fixing at least one pair of rings which are contact with each other and whose ratio of radiuses is equal to a gear ratio of at least one pair of gears co-axially to at least one pair of gears respectively. CONSTITUTION:Each ring 36, 39 is fixed to the head of an electric motor 24 and the side end portion of an input shaft 10 respectively so that their outer peripheries are opposed to those of each ring 35, 37 to the outer peripheries of which elastic members 38, 40 are locked. Each pair of rings 35, 39 and 36, 37 are brought into contact with pressure with each other on their outer peripheries. In the initial stage where backlashes of each gear are cut down before the contact of tooth faces begins, the transmission of forces from the motor 24 is performed through the rings 36, 37, 35, 39 by frictional forces between each ring through each elastic members 38, 40, and a main gear 21 begins to rotate without the contact between teeth. Since the contact between the tooth faces begins after a certain rotating speed is reached, the relative speed immediately before the contact between teeth is small.

On the other hand, a spring body 18 is integral with a case 16, and the housing 24 of the reduction gear 12 is pressed and assembled to a mounting flange 20 by the biasing force of the spring to form a torque limiter 14. Accordingly, the reduction gear and the torque limiter can be reduced in size, the structure can be simplified to decrease the number of parts and facilitate assembling and reduce the cost.

By this, the inside-end portion of the rear-wheel shaft 31 is rotatably insert-supported by by the secondary shaft 17. The unbalanced wear of the shaft-support portions of the rear-wheel shaft and deceleration-case may be lessened by this constitution.
