CONSTITUTION: The titled composition comprising tricalcium α-phosphate having high chemical activity, forming calcium hydroxide apatite by hydration reaction, as a man component, and ≤24wt.% metal oxide. Equimolar amounts of calcium γ-pyrophosphate and calcium carbonated are blended, uniformed, heated to 1,200°C, kept for one hour, quenched, pulverized, to give tricalcium γ-phosphate powder, which is mixed with 0W24wt.% oxide such as Zn, Al, or Mg, calcined at ≤1,000°C for 1 hour to prepare a powdery component, which is kneaded with an aqueous solution of unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer, to give the aimed cement composition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a halloysite derivative useful for increasing the hardness and the rate of hardening of mixed cement, easily, in high efficiency, by mixing halloysite and barium hydroxide with water, and boiling and refluxing under normal pressure. CONSTITUTION:1 liter of water mixed with about 200-850g of a mixture composed of 1mol of halloysite and about 0.03-1mol of barium hydroxide. The halloysite is preferably a 7Angstrom anhydride, and the barium hydroxide is preferably octahydrate. The mixture is heated under atmospheric pressure under the flow of nitrogen gas to effect the boiling and refluxing for about 30-300min. A halloysite derivative of formula BaO.Al2O3.nH2O (n is 2-10) can be produced by this process.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled grouting material which excels in rapid-curing properties and does not cause an abnormal, agglomeration phenomenon, by a method wherein a fine powder of a rapid-curing material consisting of calcium aluminate, gypsum, a chloride and calcium silicate is mixed with a fine powder of a siliceous material. CONSTITUTION:There is prepared a rapid-curing material (having such a particle size as to give 10mu sieve residue of not more than 10%) consisting of (a) 10- 50% of calcium aluminate obtd. by crushing limestone, bauxite or fluorite, (b) 0.2-45% of gypsum and/or a chloride such as sodium chloride or potassium chloride and (c) the balance of calcium silicate. Then the rapid-curing material is mixed with a siliceous material (e.g. siliceous sand, slag or ''Shirasu'') having such a particle size as to give 10mu sieve residue of not more than 10%, to obtain the desired rapid-curing injection material.
