摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently perform implanting work by separating a replacement work of a paper reel from drain paper implanting work at the time of supplying drain paper, in paper drain method for improvement of the sea bottom ground. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of paper reels 8A, 8B are juxtaposed with each of the plural number of mandrels 7 for guiding drain papers 9A, 9B. A guide means formed by a pair of rollers 10A, 10B, capable of pressing and breakaway, is provided on the entry side of each mandrel 7. In case, for example, the length of a paper reel 9A in use is reduced to a position of a course 12A, upon detecting this by means of a limit switch 13A and, on the basis of this detection, a pair of rollers 10A, 10B is pressed to each other to maintain the drain paper 9A between them, then said paper 9A is cut off in the upstream side of rollers 10A, 10B and connected to the reel-out tip of the drain paper 9B for the paper reel 8B.
