An advancing ice plate A may be bent along the inclined surface 11 of each of the floating bodies 10 arranged around, for example, a marine structure, and therefore the ice plate A may be broken. With this arrangement, the marine structure or the like may be effectively protected from glowing ice force or floating ice.
