摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress the change of torque in normal and reverse rotating directions of a crunk chaft without charging and discharging of a battery by adjusting a field current of a generator as a load of an engine to control rolling vibration of the engine. CONSTITUTION:An average amount of power generation of a generator 26, an average number of rotations of an engine 22 and a crunk angle CA detected by a crunk angle sensor 40 are inputted to ECU 30. When a torque of the engine 22 changes, this change is detected as changes of average amount of power generation and average number of rotations and ECU 30 judges how to control a field current If with reference to a map. This map is provided with determined control contents of a field current If depending on an output torque and crunk angle CA of the engine 22. Therefore, the number of rotations of the engine 22 fluctuates depending on fluctuation in torque thereof. As a result, a moment of a balancer works in the direction to control change of combined torque to suppress vibration by rolling of the engine 22.

CONSTITUTION:An SOC meter 10 detects charged state of a battery 6 and when the charged state is deteriorated, an engine 1 is driven to start operation of a generator 3. When a decision is made that the generator 3 is not operating normally based on a detection value of a voltmeter 13, an ECU 11 controls an inverter 5 to limit current supply to a motor 7 to 1/3-1/2 of normal level. This constitution prevents overdischarge of the battery 6 upon failure of the generator 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To allow smooth starting of engine by reducing iron loss at the time of starting the engine when a permanent magnet generator is employed as an engine driven generator. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 34 is employed along with a field coil 28. When an engine is started, field current to be fed to the field coil 28 is controlled in the direction for offsetting the flux of the permanent magnet 34 thus reducing or perfectly offsetting the flux interlinking from the rotor side to the stator side. This constitution reduces iron loss caused by the flux of the permanent magnet 34 thus reducing the load of the engine and realizing smooth start.

The battery constantly charged by the generator 2 allows a long travel distance and saves time in charging the battery.

摘要： A vehicle speed control device for use in a trolley-assisted dump truck of a single phase alternating current system can control the driving torque in proportion to the amount of depression of an accelerator pedal in the same manner as in the case of running under an engine mode condition even when running under a trolley mode condition utilizing a commercial power source. The device comprises in combination an accelerator valve for controlling compressed air from a reservoir in proportion to the amount of depression of an accelerator pedal, an engine throttle control unit controlled by the compressed air passed through the accelerator valve, an acceleration pattern generator actuated by the compressed air to convert the air pressure into a voltage, a mode converted for sending out a voltage pattern to a main drive circuit of the truck in response to a voltage signal from the acceleration pattern generator, and an engine control solenoid operated valve for selectively controlling supply of the compressed air to the engine throttle control unit and to the acceleration pattern generator.
