摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable establishment of negotiations between ends over a dedicated IP-QSIG line without giving a server device a media conversion function and without a need for matching media information by data setting preliminarily.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a telephone system has detection means, notification means, and control means. The detection means, when an origination operation from a first terminal device connected with a first server device to a second terminal device connected with a second server device is performed, detects a response of the second terminal device in the second server device. The notification means, when the response of the second terminal device is detected, analyzes media information received from the second terminal device in the second server device, and notifies the first server device of the analyzed media information. The control means performs communication connection between the first terminal device and the second terminal device by peer-to-peer based on the media information notified from the second server device in the first server device.
