    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate processing for a filling violation portion.SOLUTION: Each side of a first diagram is moved for a predetermined length in the inside direction of the first diagram. A second diagram is generated that is identified by following the sides after movement and intersections of the sides after the movement along a predetermined direction. A third diagram is generated by connecting the apexes of the second side obtained by moving each of the first sides of the second diagram to each side for a predetermined length with an arc having a radius of a predetermined length with the apex of the first side being a center. A fourth diagram is generated by performing an OR operation on a diagram of the second and third diagrams. The fourth diagram is a diagram where a filling violation portion has been modified.
