    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph analyzer capable of improving the peak shape of a chromatogram.SOLUTION: A thermography camera 13 detects a piping outer wall temperature of a preheating part 5 and an outer wall temperature of a separation column 6. A temperature setting part 16 presets a center part temperature and an inner wall surface part temperature of the separation column 6 respectively. A temperature control part 17 adjusts the temperature of the preheating part 5 by means of a first temperature control unit 12 in accordance with the difference between the center part preset temperature of the separation column 6 and the detected piping outer wall temperature of the preheating part 5. The temperature control part 17 controls the temperature of the separation column 6 by means of a second temperature control unit 11 in accordance with the difference between the inner wall surface part preset temperature of the separation column 6 and the detected outer wall temperature of the separation column 6.

The liquid chromatographic system has an inner door 57 between the outer doors 55, 56 and the heat block 51. The inner door 57 includes: a hollow inner door body; a heat insulating material 573 contained inside the inner door 57 so that an air chamber 572 is formed within the inner door body between an outer door side surface thereof and the heat insulating material; and in-flow/out-flow slits 575, 576 provided inside the inner door body. Since the air inside the inner door 57 flows out because of the slits 575, 576 and the circulation means 9, temperature of the inner door 57 lowers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reproducibility and accuracy of analysis by enhancing the accuracy of the control of a column temperature.
      SOLUTION: A sensor unit 10 is attached to a column 4 so that a temperature sensor 11 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the column 4, and the temperature data read by the temperature sensor 11 is transmitted to the temperature control-processing unit 20, provided to a thermostatic tank 5 through a wire or wireless communication line 30. The temperature control-processing unit 20 controls the heating current supplied to a heater 51 so that the obtained actual column temperature becomes the target temperature, indicated by a control-processing part 7, to adjust the temperature of the column. By performing adjustment of the temperature, based on the outer surface temperature of the column, rather than on the temperature of the air or heat block in the thermostatic tank, accuracy of the temperature of the column is enhanced.
