    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a using diagnostic system for securely imaging an affected part with an endoscope by three-dimensionally grasping a relation between the position of the affected part obtained by three-dimensional image processing and the distal end position and the imaging direction of the endoscope.
      SOLUTION: In a medical system utilizing a tomographic apparatus 10 and the endoscope 30, the endoscope is provided with a marker 32 with which a position and an advancing direction in a body cavity can be detected, and the marker can be imaged by the tomographic apparatus. Then, an image from the tomographic apparatus is displayed after three-dimensional image processing, and an index image for guiding in the direction of the affected part is generated based on the marker information in the body cavity to compose the index image to the image taken by the endoscope and to display it.
